Mr. Suguness, P.E., CEO of Amaazz, works closely with the Phalen family as they continue to be involved in managing the Phalen Steel Construction Company. He has more than 30 years of engineering and entrepreneurial experience in the fields of Transportation, Civil, Structural, and Geotechnical Engineering.

As a serial entrepreneur, he has founded and built several engineering businesses and is currently a managing partner of Amaazz Group. Sugu Suguness earned his undergraduate degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and Master’s degree from The Ohio State University in engineering. He earned his MBA degree from Capital University in Columbus.
